In a mix of classic psych-rock, prog and folk, interspersed with
cabaret chutzpah, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Rosalie Cunningham maintains a distinctive personality. After the dissolution of her critically acclaimed band Purson, Cunningham embarked on a new path with her 2019 solo album of the same name. The Mercury Music Prize-nominated album was positively received by major publications such as Classic Rock, Mojo and Kerrang, who gave stellar reviews in their consistently positive reviews.
Cunningham also appeared in a number of "Best of the Year" polls. In
Europe chose the popular German music magazine Eclipsed for their album
ninth best release of the year, while in the UK it was picked up by Prog
was named the third best album of 2019. Further accolades from Prog came when the magazine named Cunningham the " eighth greatest female musician of all time ".
The follow-up album "Two Piece Puzzle" was equally well received and
led to Rosalie being voted best singer in Prog Magazine's 2022 readers' poll. The album is an intoxicating mix
different styles, all imbued with Rosalie's unique ability
